Benchmark Community Bank  (1989-1991)

Opened and staffed the South Hill office.

Consumer Loan Officer (1988-1989)

Coordinated direct field servicing with branch network and established relationships in the business community to originate and close consumer loans.

  • Originated and closed $2 million in consumer loans.

Branch Manager (1983-1988)

Managed and directed all phases of branch operations, including personnel management, customer relations, loan origination, application review, loan approval and policy administration.

  • Originated and supervised the processing of loans totalling over $2 million annually, as well as a deposit and investment volume in excess of $2.3 million
